AG&E offers geotechnical engineering services for constructing bridges, highways, airports and residential, industrial and commercial buildings. AG&E's design experience includes evaluating and selecting shallow and deep foundations such as spread footings, piles (steel, concrete, and timber), piers, caissons, retaining structures (cantilever, tieback, and reinforced earth walls) and underpinning systems. Specific services include:
- Preparing preliminary and final subsurface investigations
- Developing foundation recommendations and geotechnical engineering reports
- Developing earthwork/site development specifications
- Evaluating foundation and slope stabilities, settlements and differential settlements for buildings, dams, and embankments
- Performing Phase 1 and 2 environmental site assessments, environmental geo-hydrology and site remediation studies, stormwater management systems designs, and seismic/dynamic analyses of single span and multi-span bridges
